Holistic Education, Built as an Ecosystem

At Viet Nam Tinh Hoa, holistic education is not an add-on. It is a connected model of development built around one core belief: every child carries different forms of potential, and meaningful education must be able to recognise, develop, and support those differences over time.

Behind the school sits a wider ecosystem that makes this possible. As a member of Embassy Education Group, Viet Nam Tinh Hoa draws on more than fifteen years of ecosystem-building across early childhood, K–12 education, the arts, sports and well-being, inclusive education, and future pathways. Together, these parts create the broader foundation through which Viet Nam Tinh Hoa can support the whole child, identify each learner’s strengths, and shape pathways with depth, coherence, and long-term purpose.

What I appreciate is that the teachers do not only focus on teaching knowledge. They also pay close attention to the children’s emotions and the way they interact with one another. When a child shows an unkind attitude or inappropriate behaviour, the teachers take the time to observe, follow up, check in with the child, and gently guide them to understand what is right and what is not. Academically, I feel very reassured. Hina’s English and Vietnamese have developed almost equally well, both in speaking and writing.

From my experience over the past two and a half years, there’s never been a day that Bea hasn’t wanted to come to school. To me, that says a lot about the environment at school, not just the learning environment, but also the friendships she has and the support she feels when she’s here. There's no day that's ever a bad day. She's very kind, joyful and full of excitement, telling me about the things that she's done every day.
